Know before you buy
Each product page shows the price, the full specifications and the shipping weight. Most also include a dimensioned drawing, and many a 3D CAD model, so you can check the fit and design the part into your station before you order.
How ordering works
Orders go through Shopify's secure checkout. You can pay by card, PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay or Google Pay. Shipping is quoted live from UPS and DHL Express at checkout, and you receive a tracking number when your order ships. We ship to the United States and worldwide, including the European Union.
Engineers, not just a catalog
Our machine-vision team includes licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.). Every unit we sell comes with expert machine-vision support at no charge: help choosing the camera, lens and light for your part, and getting a good image once it is installed.
Shipping, warranty and terms
In-stock items ship within one business day. Every product carries a warranty of at least 3 years. Businesses get volume discounts and, once approved, Net 30 terms with a purchase order (business terms).
Returns and support
